Steering Committee

It is made up of 16 members elected during by the members at the General Meeting. Half of members are full members. The other half is made up of honorary and benefactor members.

The Steering Committee is half way between the General Meeting and the Board. Its members are elected by the members of the Board and regional representatives. Its members make sure that the Board members implement the decisions taken during the General Meeting.

Its members take decisions as to the projects submitted by the Board, before they submit them for approval to the General Meeting. The members of the Steering Committee gather up on a meeting every 3 months, or every time the President deems it necessary. The meeting is considered valid when the 2/3 of its members are prsent. Decisions are taken by majority. The President’s vote is dominating.
